With careful route management designed to deliver a constant level of service. Analysing the sales data of individual machines ensures that product availability is kept at a constant level. At the same time we are also conscious of the need to reduce our carbon footprint. This is again driven by the data our live management information system provides, creating efficiencies from product planograms, visit frequency and planned vehicle routing.

All of our operatives and engineers are included within a constantly evolving training programme, whether that be from our supply parteners or in-house. Dedicated machine training is delivered by the small number of machine manufacturers that provide the high quality equipment we recommend. All operators complete a food safety course as they are delivering fresh food, along with training in hygenic working practices as required by our S.A.L.S.A. certification.  In order to keep your machine in perfect working order it is important that a regular hygiene schedule is implemented. Consumable parts are routinely replaced and preventative maintenance is scheduled at regular intervals To identify your operator as a member of The FM Taste team all our field staff are issued with a company uniform and many of our operatives have completed the DBS certification process.

Our operators and engineers all carry a device that communicates in real time with the management team to assist with job allocation, stock control, machine audit, service calls and cash control. The bespoke software allows easy visibility of product sales. With our fresh food offering also records any short dated products that are removed from your machine. This information helps to plan the production required to fill the machine to the correct level. Also provides data required to review visit frequencies, machine planograms and product placement helping control the efficiencies required and the impact of waste on the planet’s resources.
